By placing an order with KAASSE, you acknowledge and agree to the terms set forth in this Shipping Policy.


1. SHIPPING COVERAGE

KAASSE currently ships to:

Shipping availability may vary based on product category, destination, courier availability, applicable laws, and local regulations.

KAASSE reserves the right to refuse shipment to certain regions, countries, or locations at its sole discretion without prior notice.


2. ORDER PROCESSING TIME

Orders are processed only after successful payment authorization and verification.

4. SHIPPING CHARGES

India

Orders above ₹4,999 may qualify for free standard shipping unless otherwise stated during checkout.

Orders below ₹4,999 will incur shipping charges calculated at checkout.

International Orders

International shipping charges vary based on:

  • Courier partner rates

  • Applicable surcharges

All applicable shipping charges will be displayed during checkout before payment confirmation.


5. CUSTOMS DUTIES, TAXES & IMPORT FEES

Customers are responsible for monitoring shipment status using the tracking information provided.


7. DELIVERY ATTEMPTS

Courier partners generally attempt delivery multiple times.

If delivery fails due to:

  • Incorrect address

  • Customer unavailability

  • Refusal to accept shipment

  • Failure to respond to courier communications

the shipment may be returned to KAASSE.

Any re-shipping, storage, handling, return, or related charges may be charged to the customer.


8. ADDRESS ACCURACY

Customers are solely responsible for providing:

  • Complete delivery address

  • Valid mobile number

  • Accurate postal or ZIP code

KAASSE shall not be liable for delays, failed deliveries, losses, or additional costs resulting from inaccurate or incomplete information supplied by the customer.


9. DELIVERY DELAYS

KAASSE shall not be liable for delays caused by:

  • Natural disasters

  • Public holidays

  • Political unrest

  • Government restrictions

  • Customs clearance procedures

  • Transportation disruptions

  • Courier partner delays

  • Force majeure events

  • Operational disruptions beyond our reasonable control

10. RISK OF LOSS

Risk of loss and responsibility for the products pass to the customer upon successful delivery to the shipping address provided at checkout.

Once delivery has been confirmed by the courier partner, KAASSE shall not be responsible for theft, loss, misplacement, or damage occurring thereafter.


11. DAMAGED PACKAGE POLICY

If a shipment appears visibly damaged upon delivery, customers should:

  1. Record a complete unboxing video.

  2. Take clear photographs of the packaging and product.

  3. Contact KAASSE within 48 hours of delivery.

An unboxing video is strongly recommended and may be required to verify claims involving damage, defects, missing items, or incorrect products.

Failure to provide adequate supporting evidence may result in rejection of the claim.


12. LOST SHIPMENTS

If a shipment is officially confirmed as lost in transit by the courier partner, KAASSE may, at its sole discretion:

  • Replace the product;

  • Issue store credit; or

  • Issue a refund.

Any resolution shall be processed only after completion of the courier investigation process and verification by KAASSE.

  • Made-to-Measure Garments

  • Customized Products

  • Wedding Wear Collections

production timelines are separate from shipping timelines.

Estimated delivery periods commence only after production, tailoring, customization, embroidery, and quality inspection processes have been completed.


14. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING DISCLAIMER

Certain countries may impose:

  • Regulatory approvals

KAASSE shall not be liable for shipment delays, customs holds, import restrictions, confiscations, or non-delivery resulting from such regulations.
