Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

This Return, Refund & Exchange Policy applies to all purchases made through KAASSE FASHIONS PRIVATE LIMITED ("KAASSE", "we", "our", or "us").
By placing an order on the KAASSE website, the customer acknowledges and agrees to this Policy.
1. General Policy
Every KAASSE garment is manufactured and quality-checked before dispatch.
Customers are advised to carefully review product descriptions, sizing information, fabric details, customization options, and estimated delivery timelines before placing an order.
As many KAASSE products are luxury and occasion-wear garments, customers are encouraged to verify all order details carefully before completing their purchase.
2. Non-Returnable Products

No return, refund, or exchange request shall be accepted for the above categories except where required under applicable law.
3. Size Exchange Policy
Eligible ready-to-wear products may be exchanged for size only.
Conditions for Exchange

Exchange request must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

Product must be unused and unworn.

Original tags must remain attached.

Original packaging must be intact.
-
Product must be returned in the same condition in which it was delivered.
All exchange requests remain subject to inspection and approval by KAASSE.
KAASSE reserves the right to reject any exchange request if the product shows signs of wear, washing, perfume, stains, alterations, damage, or misuse.
Exchange Shipping Charges
Customers are responsible for all shipping and logistics charges associated with size exchanges unless the product delivered is defective or incorrect.
KAASSE reserves the right to deduct applicable shipping charges where permitted by law.
4. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products
Customers must notify KAASSE within 48 hours of delivery if:

An incorrect product is received;

A manufacturing defect is identified; or

The product has been damaged during transit.

An unboxing video is strongly recommended and may be required to verify claims relating to damage, defects, missing items, or incorrect products.
Customers may also be required to provide the original invoice or order confirmation for verification purposes.
KAASSE reserves the sole right to determine whether a product qualifies as defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied.
5. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are issued only under the following circumstances:

6. Replacement, Repair, Store Credit or Refund
Where a claim is approved, KAASSE may, at its sole discretion, offer one of the following remedies:

The remedy offered shall be determined by KAASSE based on the nature of the issue and product availability.
7. Sale, Promotional & Discounted Products
Products purchased using promotional offers, discount codes, seasonal sales, clearance sales, or special pricing remain subject to this Policy.
Discounted, promotional, clearance, or sale items are non-returnable and non-refundable unless they are verified as defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied.
8. Refund Timeline
Once a refund has been approved and processed:

Credit/Debit Card: 5–10 Business Days

Net Banking: 5–10 Business Days
Actual processing times may vary depending on the customer's bank, payment provider, or financial institution.
9. Cancellation Policy
Before Dispatch
Cancellation requests may be accepted at KAASSE's discretion before the order has been dispatched.
After Dispatch
Orders cannot be cancelled once dispatched.
Custom Orders
Once production, customization, tailoring, embroidery, or any made-to-order process has commenced:

10. Delivery Delays
Delivery timelines displayed on the website are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
KAASSE shall not be liable for delays caused by:

Courier or logistics providers;

Government actions or restrictions;

Customs procedures;
-
Transportation disruptions;
-
Force majeure events beyond our reasonable control.
11. Color Variation Disclaimer
Actual garment colors may vary slightly due to:

Computer monitor settings;

Studio lighting;

Photography techniques;

Display calibration differences.
Such variations are normal and shall not be considered product defects.
12. Handcrafted Product Disclaimer
Many KAASSE garments incorporate:

Artisan Craftsmanship
Minor irregularities and variations are inherent characteristics of handcrafted luxury products and shall not be considered defects.
13. International Orders
International customers are solely responsible for:

Such charges are non-refundable and are not the responsibility of KAASSE.
14. Chargeback Fraud Policy
If a customer initiates a chargeback after receiving a product without valid legal grounds, KAASSE reserves the right to:

Submit proof of shipment and delivery;

Submit order records and communications;

Pursue available legal remedies to recover losses.
15. Limitation of Liability
The maximum liability of KAASSE arising out of any order shall not exceed the purchase price paid for the product concerned.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, KAASSE shall not be liable for:

16. Return Address
Where a return, replacement, or exchange is approved, products must be sent only to the address communicated by KAASSE.

Products returned without prior approval may be refused or returned to the sender.
17. Dispute Resolution
This Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to purchases made through the KAASSE website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New Delhi, India.
